CAP (College of American Pathologists) is the world's largest clinical laboratory academic society and certification program. CAP has certified over 7,000 medical laboratories and offers PT (Proficiency Testing) to approximately 23,000 laboratories in over 70 countries world-wide. While only the largest and most prestigious laboratories in Japan are currently accredited by CAP, many of the smaller hospital laboratories participate in CAP's PT program.
JAB is an accreditation board for the ISO 15189 Standard. CGI supports the acquisition and maintenance of ISO 15189 certification through our LEAP software platform.
