Minapsys Software is a unique, proprietary software program designed to improve communication and learning by asking an increasingly profound set of guided, relevant questions to groups of stakeholders. Each participant anonymously responds to these questions in a time- and character-limited format and, thereafter, the group elaborates on what they have learned from others and rates the responses. The Minapsys process not only promotes critical thinking and reinforces what’s been learned, but also acts an effective, de facto, competency assessment tool.
